private banking, litigation and arbitration (1976 to 2009, with six years as managing partner);
associate with Pillsbury (formerly Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Roberts) in New York (1972/1973);
University of Zurich (Dr. iur., 1970); law clerk at the District Court of Meilen (1968).
